The business combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution support, drawing on nearly two decades of experience across Europe and North America.
Relocated as part of Paddy Power Betfair's first US expansion wave in 2018. Played an instrumental role in designing, launching, and operating the FanDuel Sportsbook at Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey, one of the most significant and highest-volume retail sportsbooks in the US market.
As FanDuel rapidly expanded across the United States, I progressed through five leadership roles spanning retail development, commercial operations, and strategic partnerships:
Spent several years across finance and operational leadership roles covering more than 600 retail locations across Ireland and the UK. Managed financial planning and analysis for the retail business before moving into operational leadership as Head of Retail Security & Loss Prevention, leading a team of 25 across Dublin, Belfast, and London. Introduced structured loss prevention frameworks and delivered more than $2.6M in identified savings through improved controls and operational discipline.
